Laura co-hosted the This Is Why comedy podcast (formerly This Is Why You're Single) with comedy writer Angela Spera for six years. Since the premiere on the HeadGum Network, the podcast garnered over 4.5 million downloads, repeatedly hit the iTunes top 10 list for comedy podcasts, and peaked at #68 worldwide. The A.V. Club praised the show for its "modern millennial voice.” The show gave best friend advice on everything from news, politics, motherhood, dating, friendship, workplace dynamics and more.
